These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ManAtTheTop.net website ("Website" or "Service"), operated by Tenth Avenue Productions, Inc. ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

The pool

ManAtTheTop is a private NFL "last man standing" elimination pick'em pool. Each week you pick one NFL team per entry; if that team does not win outright, that entry is eliminated. Pool rules are described on the Rules page and may be updated for each season.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to use the Website only for participating in the pool and not for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Website or other participants.

Entry fees and payments

Participation may involve an entry fee as described on the Website each season. Payment arrangements are handled by the pool operator. Any pool winnings are distributed according to the pool rules in effect for that season.

Availability and "as is" service

We work to keep the Website available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date below. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
